摘要
本文利用Py-GC-MS联用仪对阻燃、未阻燃棉纤维的裂解产物进行了研究。结果表明,棉纤维的裂解产生近50个裂解产物。其中28个裂解产物已被鉴别出来。这些已被鉴别的裂解产物可分为五类:(1)非燃料裂解产物;(2)醛,酮类裂解产物;(3)呋喃类裂解产物;(4)苯环类裂解产物;(5)其他裂解产物。在阻燃棉纤维的裂解中,挥发性裂解产物大大减少。但不同类裂解产物受阻燃剂影响不同。阻燃剂对醛、酮类裂解产物的产生有很大抑制作用,而对非燃料及苯环类裂解产物的生成则有促进作用。根据分析结果,文章对棉纤维的阻燃机理进行了讨论。
In this paper, the pyrolysis products of neat and flame-retardant cotton have been studiedwith PY-GC MS unit. The results indicate that the number of pyrolysis products is at least 50.Among these 28 products identified can be grouped into five types; 1. Non-fuel gases, 2.Carbonyl compounds(ketone and aldehydes), 3. Furans, 4. Aromatic compounds, 5. Others.The volatile pyrolysis products are drastically reduced in the pyrolysis products of flameretardant cotton. The flame retardant can reduce the formation of carbonyl compounds, withincreasing non-fuel gases and aromatic compounds. Little effect of the flame retardant hasbeen found on the formation of furans. The mechanism of flame retardant action has been dis-cussed.
