In Analects of Confucious the aesthetics is a kind of spirit on the lasis of human beings and taking them as the core, which embodies a humanistic idea combining the aesthetic art closely with the human beings and a humanistic ideal with the ultimate purpose of concerning with people. Meanwhile, the aesthetic thonght in the work has revealed the regularity of art creation, emlodied the pursuit of the art character, the art regularity and the art ideal, and is an artistic return to exceed the social reality and life. The aesthetic spirit in Analects of Confucious is prominent in Confucian aesthetics and should be regarded as the important theoretical resource to construct modern Chinese aesthetics.
