摘要
在“凉山州基础教育教师队伍现状调查”的基础上,结合对凉山基础教育教师队伍存在的主要问题的分析,文章提出:以教师科研素质的提升为抓手,通过构建有利于凉山州基础教育教师队伍建设的“4321”培训模式和相关政策体系,加强骨干教师培训,从而促进广大知识型教师向科研型、专家型教师的转变,建设一支适应凉山教育发展需要的、有良好专业素质的基础教育教师队伍。
On the basis of the investigation on the current situation of the elementary education teaching body in Liangshan Prefecture, and combined with the analysis on the primal problem existing in the elementary teaching body in Liangshan, this article puts forward that in order to establish a qualified elementary teaching body to adapt to Liangshan education development, it is necessary to start from scratch to lift teacher' s scientific research quality, to strengthen the training of the backbone teaching staff through "4321" mode and relevance policy system, which is beneficial to the building of Liangshan elementary teaching body, thus to spur teachers of the knowledge type to change to the scientific and expert type.
