维持性血液透析患者应用左旋肉毒碱临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析尿毒症维持血液透析患者应用左旋肉毒碱治疗的临床疗效。方法分析本透析中心45例因尿毒症透析1年以上的维持性血液透析患者,分两组,治疗组于每次透析结束时静脉推左旋肉毒碱,对照组未用。结果治疗组体力、精神状态、食欲、胸闷气短、肌肉酸痛、肌肉痉挛、透析低血压等症状明显改善(P<0.01)。血甘油三脂、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白降低(P>0.05)。结论尿毒症维持性血液透析患者给予左旋肉毒碱治疗,安全、有效,无不良反应。 Objective To analyse the effect of L - carnitine supplementation on maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods 45 patients undergoing hemodialysis were randomly divided into 2 groups . The therapy group were intravenously infused 1.0 g of L - carnitine after dialysis session . Ctrol group were not. Results Compared with the control group, Hb and Hct were all significantly increased in treatment group the serum albutransferring level of the treatment group were elevated significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ). The improvement of clinical symptoms of stamina, mental status, appetite, chest distress, short breath, muscle ache, muscle spasm were obvious (P 〈 0.01 ). Total cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein were decreased in treatment group, but there was no significant change ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion In maintenance hemodialysis patients, L - carnitine supplementation can treat safe, effectively, no harmful effects.
