摘要
研制开发了一种新型的液压综合试验台,介绍了其组成原理、功能特点以及测量控制系统.该试验台采用了先进的比例技术,可以满足对液压附件进行不同压力的测试需要.通过实际使用,证明该试验台具有工作可靠、精度及自动化程度高、操作简单等优点.
This paper introduces the compose principle, function characteristics and measurecontrol system of our hydraulic compositive test-bed. It uses advanced proportional technology and can meet the inspection needs of hydraulic components at different pressure. The aim is to control the quality of hydraulic accessories. Through the experiment, it is proved that the test-bed has some advantages such as high reliability, high precision, high-degree automatization and easy to use.
