THE PRESENT CONDITION AND REASON ANALYSISING OF SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES′ FINANCING IN OUR COUNTRY

从中国的基本国情出发,运用管理学和经济学的基本理论和分析方法阐述了我国中小企业融资问题的现状及特征,探讨了如何处理好中小企业外源融资中直接融资和间接融资的关系,力求得出解决我国中小企业融资问题的一些建设性结论.

This article intends to keep in mind China＇s basic national conditions, using the basical theories and analysis methods of management and economy, on basis of introducing conditions,lines and methods of this lesson research, concerning the facts, traits and reason analysising of small and medium enterprises＇ financing in our country, exploring how to deal with the relationship between direct financing and indirect financing in small and medium enterprises＇ external financing. On basis of analysising in every field, in order to sum up some constructical conclusions about dealing with small and medium enterprises＇ financing problem, and gain a deeper understanding of this lesson.
