外侧张力带治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折

Lateral tension band treatment of kids' supracondylar fracture of the humerus

目的:探讨外侧张力带钢丝内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的临床疗效。方法:采用外侧张力带钢丝内固定方法治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折55例,术后进行了8个月～36个月,平均24个月随访。结果:根据李氏临床功能评定标准进行疗效评定,其中优46例,良5例,可4例。结论:外侧张力带钢丝内固定是治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的理想方法,具有操作容易、固定牢靠、可早期活动、不需特别设备等优点,适合基层医院开展。

Objective： To analyze curative effect of kids＇ supraeondylar fracture of the humerus with lateral tension band with internal steel wire fixation. Methods： 55 patients are treated by using lateral tension band with internal steel wire fixation. The operation lasted from 8 to 36 months, and follow-up care is provided on an average of 24 months. Results： According to LiShi＇s clinical curative effective standards, 46 cases got best recovery, 5 got better recovery and 4 got good recovery. Conclusion： It is an ideal way to use lateral tension band with internal steel wire fixation to treat kids＇ supraeondylar fracture of the humerus. It is suitable for grassroots level hospital to carry out the treatment with its easy operation, firm fixation, early activity and no need of particular equipment.
