獐牙菜属植物研究进展

Advances in studies on chemical compositions and their pharmacological effect in the plants of Swertia

目的:综述近几年獐牙菜属植物的研究进展,以确定后期的研究方向和重点。方法:系统查阅近10年的国内外有关獐牙菜属植物化学成分和药理活性的文献资料进行分析、概括和总结。结果:獐牙菜属植物中分离得到的化学成分主要有酮类、环烯醚萜类、三萜类、黄酮类等,其所含化学成分具有保肝、抗炎、降血糖、抗氧化、抗疟等多种生理活性。结论:进一步研究和开发利用该属植物具有广阔的前景。

Objective： To review the resent research on Swertia plants to guide further study. Methods： Analysing, generalizing and summarizing the documents on chemical composition and biological activities of Swertia plants. Results： Swertia plants usually contain many kinds of chemical compositions such as xanthones, iridoids, triterpenoids, flavonoids and so on. These compositions have many biological activities such as liver protecting, anti-inflammation, hypoglycemia, antioxidation and antimalaria. Conclusion： It is necessary to further study and develop Swertia plants.
