摘要
目的:建立赤丹丸中芍药苷含量测定的方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,使用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C_(18)(150×4.6 mm,5μm)柱,以甲醇-水-乙腈-磷酸(35:60:5:0.2)为流动相,检测波长:230 nm。结果:在50μg·ml^(-1)~400μg·ml^(-1)范围内,含量与峰面积线性关系良好,芍药苷的平均加样回收率为96.3%,RSD为1.9%。结论:方法简便、灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于赤丹丸的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of peoniflorin in chidan pills. Method: Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column( 150 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm ) was used, the mobile phase was methanol-water- acetonitrile-phoshporic acid(35: 60: 5:0.2), detection wavelength was at 230 nm. Result: The linear ranges was 50 μg. ml^-1 - 400 μg. ml^-1. The average recovery of peoniflorin was 96.3% (RSD = 1.9% ,n =5). Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate and can be used to control the quality of chidan pills.
