依替米星与进口奈替米星随机对照治疗细菌感染的Meta分析

A Meta-Analysis on Treatment of Bacterial Infections with Randomized Control Study of Etimicin versus Import Netilmicin

目的:探讨依替米星治疗细菌感染的有效性和安全性。方法:按照系统评价的要求全面检索了Medline、中国数字医院图书馆中国生物医学文献光盘数据库,对符合纳入标准的文献进行Meta分析。结果:依替米星组与进口奈替米星组临床有效率、细菌清除率和不良反应发生率没有统计学差异。结论:依替米星治疗细菌感染疗效确切、使用安全。

Objective： To estimate the efficacy and safety of etimicin versus import netilmicin on bacterial infection. Method： According to the requirements of Cochrane systematic review,a thorough literature search was performed among Medline, Chinese digital Hospital Library and Chinese Biomedical Literature Disk Database. Meta-analysis was performed the literature which was acorded with the criterion. Result： Etimicin treatment group versus import netilmicin treatment group of clinical effective rates, bacterial eradication rates and adverse reaction rates had no statistic difference. Conclusion： Etimicin is effective and safe in the treatment of bacterial infections.
