紫外分光光度法测定盐酸吡格列酮片的含量 被引量:6

摘要 目的:测定盐酸吡格列酮片的含量。方法:以0.1 mol·L^(-1)盐酸为溶剂,用紫外分光光度法在269 nm的波长处测定。结果:溶液浓度在2.44~48.72μg·ml^(-1)的浓度范围内有良好的线性关系,r=1.0000(n=8)。平均回收率102.5%,RSD= 2.0%。结论:该方法简便、稳定性好、结果准确可靠,可用于药品制剂的质量控制。 Objective: To establish the content determination method for determination the content of pioglitazone hydrochloride tablets. Method: UV spectrophotometry was used with 0.1 mol· L^- 1 hydrochloric acid solution as solvent and detection wavelength was at 269 nm. Result: The linear range of pioglitazone hydrochloride was 2, 44 -48, 72 μg· ml^- 1 (r = 1. 000 0 ), the average recovery was 102.5% with RSD 2.0%. Conclusion : The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for quality control of pioglitazone hydrochloride tablets.
