高效液相色谱法测定利肝片中槲皮素的含量

Determination the Contents of Quercetin in Ligan Tablet by HPLC

目的:建立利肝片中槲皮素的含量测定方法。方法:选用Diamonsil C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以甲醇- 0.4%冰醋酸(35:65)为流动相;检测波长360 nm,流速1.0 ml·min^(-1)。结果:线性范围是0.008～0.102μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率99.0%,RSD 0.7%。结论:此方法简便,快速,准确,可用于利肝片中槲皮素的含量测定。

Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination the content of quercetin in Ligan Tablet. Method： C18 column （250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm） column was used, the methanol-0.4% glacial acetic acid （35：65）as mobile phase and detection wavelength was at 360 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 ml. min^ -1. Result： the linear range was 0. 008 - 0. 102 μg（ r = 0. 999 9 ）, and the average recovery was 99.0% ,RSD 0. 7%. Conclusion： This method is simple,quick and accurate and can be used for quality control of Ligan tablet.
