摘要
目的观察3年无发作癫痫患者停药前脑电图异常率。方法对58例无发作癫痫患者在拟停药前应用尼高力癫痫监测系统实施录像脑电图监测。结果58例患者中，发现19例异常，异常率为32．8％，其中出现在睡眠中12例，占63．2％，病史12个月以上者11例，三药联合治疗者13例，占68．4％，全面性发作者8例，占42．1％。结论3年无发作癫痫患者停药前实施录像脑电图监测是必要的。
Objective To observe the abnormal rate of video - electroencephalograph（VEEG） in 3 - year seizure - free epileptics. Methods Fifty - eight seizure - free cases were monitored by Nieolet VEEG epilepsy monitoring system before applying drug withdrawal. Results Of 58 cases, 19 cases had abnormal VEEG results, the abnormal rate was 32.8%, which appeared in sleep（ 12 cases） and chronic （11 cases for more 12 months）, three- drug therapy（ 13 cases） and general seizure（8 cases） patients mostly. Conclusion It is necessary to apply VEEG monitoring before drug withdrawal in 3 - year sei- zure - free epileptics.
