B超监测联合十二指肠镜行胆总管取石术60例疗效观察

摘要 目的评价B超监测联合十二指肠镜行胆总管取石术的疗效。方法60例经B超确诊的胆总管结石患者,采用B超监测联合十二指肠镜行胆总管取石术,观察治疗前后症状缓解情况、腹部B超和肝功能的变化情况以及并发症。结果术后患者临床症状均明显改善,胆总管直径均较术前明显减小,肝功能均明显改善,并发症少且轻微,4周后复查腹部B超,所有患者均未发现胆总管残余结石。结论对于经B超确诊的胆总管结石患者行B超监测联合十二指肠镜治疗胆总管结石是一种安全、有效、对人体无放射性损害的治疗方法。
