技术进步在经济发展中的作用已越来越明显,只有利用我们现有有利条件,大力推动技术创新,提高技术进步的贡献率,才能彻底改变我们在全球价值链分工中处于低端的状况,从而最终实现全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标。
It is obvious that function of technology progresses in economy developing. We should press our present advantage, promote technological innovative, improve the contribution of technological progress, change the status that we being the low end in global value chain, finally achieve the goal that make the nation comparatively well-off.
