弹体强度设计的非确定性概率分析方法探讨

A Non-fixed Value Probability FEAM for the Shell Structure Strength Design

以概率统计为理论基础,探讨了一种综合采用有限元分析软件ANSYS和蒙特卡罗法对弹体强度失效概率特征分析的非确定性概率有限元分析方法。结合实例对炮弹弹体结构强度失效概率特征进行了分析计算,得出了弹体强度的失效概率以及各参数对结果影响的敏感度。

Based on the theory of probability statistic, a non-fixed value probability finite element analysis method （FEAM） by using FEA software ANSYS and Monte Carlo method was studied, by which the probability characteristic of projectile strength failure function was analyzed. The probability characteristic of shell structure strength failure was analyzed and calculated by taking an example. The reliability and the sensitive of input parameter to the results are obtained.
