儿童钙化性椎间盘病（附57例报告）

Calcifying Discopathy in Children:A Report of 57 Cases

对５７例儿童钙化性椎间盘病的命名、病因、诊断、鉴别诊断和治疗以及Ｘ线表现进行了讨论。临床上出现脊髓压迫或神经根刺激症状，除极少数需手术治疗外，大多经牵引等非手术治疗而痊愈。本组男３６例，女２１例，２３例获随访，预后满意。强调诊断要点和治疗原则。提出了Ｘ线表现包括椎间盘钙化呈团块、盘状、碎裂、线状或半环状影，而线状或半环状影为笔者见解。

Calcifying discopathy in 57 children (male 36, female 21)was reviewed. Twenty-three cases were followed up with favourable results. The terminology,etiology,diagnosis,differential diagnosis , treatment and roentgenographic fingings are discussed. The calcification of the disc in X-ray film presented itself as a round,ovoid,disc-like,fragmented,linear or semicircular image of different pattern. The linear or semicircular image has not been reported in published literatures.
