摘要
为探讨红景天素抗大鼠大脑皮质老化作用,利用透射电镜观察红景天素对老龄大鼠大脑皮质超微结构的影响。结果表明,老龄组大鼠(22月龄)大脑皮质的神经元、神经胶质细胞、突触和血—脑屏障都呈现老化征象,而从第19月龄起到22月龄止每天肌注红景天素(15mg/kg体重)一次的大鼠,这些老化征象明显减轻。提示红景天素具有延缓或预防大鼠大脑皮质老化作用。
To evaluate anti-ageing effects of Rhodosin on cereral cortex in rats, effects of Rhodosin on the ultrastructure of cerebral cortex in aged rats were observed by transmission electron microscope. The ageing feactures of cerebral cortex in aged rats (22 months old) occurred in neruon, neuroglial cell, synapse and blood-brain barrier. But these ageing feactures are obviously decreased in rats given Rhodosin once a day (15 mg/kg body wight) during 19～22 months old of age. The results suggest that Rhodosin possesses effects to prolong or prevent ageing of cerebral cortex in rats.
