摘要
理解学生不仅是决定教育成败的一个要素,而且也是教育实践对教师的理性要求,是教师的职业道德和职业规范的应有之义。理解学生将会产生长期效应。然而,理解学生并不是谁都能做到的事情,误解现象时有发生。理解学生需要教师具有爱心、适当迎合学生的需要、信任学生、尊重学生、换位思考、移情、宽容、自我理解与自我反思等,同时需要消除理解道路上的各种障碍。在实践中真正理解学生,还需要教师进行理解性教学,建立理解型师生关系,并开发一些理解实践策略。
Understanding students is not only an important factor for determining whether education is successful, but a rational requirement of teachers by the educational practice as well as that of teachers' professional ethics and norms. Understanding students will have a long-term effect, but not everyone can do it and misunderstandings occur off and on. To understand students, teachers must have a loving heart, cater to some of Students' requirements, trust students, respect students, consider things from the viewpoint of students, have the qualities of empathy, tolerance, self-understanding and self-reflection . Meanwhile, all the obstacles to understanding must be removed. In practice, to understand students fully, teachers must conduct understanding-directed teaching, establish understanding-directed relationship between teachers and students and develop some strategies to promote understanding.
