摘要
目的：总结应用补片法无张力修补治疗腹壁切口疝。方法：回顾分析我院15例应用聚丙烯材料修补腹壁切口疝患者的术前准备、手术方法及术后处理。结果：15例均治愈，随访5个月～2年无复发。结论：应用补片法无张力修补治疗腹壁切口疝是一种安全、合理、有效的方法。
Objective. To summarize the clinical applicance of patch in treating abdominal incisional hernia. Methods：In 15 cases of abdominal incisional herina underwent repair with polypropylene patch, the preoperative preparation, surgical methods and postoperative management were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Followed up between 5 months and 2 years, no case recurred. Conclusion.The Patch technique is safe, feasible and effective in repairing abdominal incisional herina without tension.
