子宫奇异性平滑肌瘤14例临床病理分析

Clinical Pathologic Analysis in Bizarre Leiomyoma of Vterus (Report of 14 cases)

目的:探讨子宫奇异性平滑肌瘤的临床病理特征及鉴别诊断要点。方法:对14例子宫奇异性平滑肌瘤的临床资料和病理特征进行回顾性分析。结果:子宫奇异性平滑肌瘤细胞有非典型性;核仁明显但不大,染色质粗糙,临床多为良性。结论:子宫奇异性平滑肌瘤虽形成奇异细胞但属良性肿瘤,与恶性潜能待定平滑肌瘤鉴别,主要依靠HE切片观察。

Objective： To investigate the Clinical pathologic characteristics and differential diagnosis of Bizarre leiomyoma of uterus. Methods： The clinical data and pathological characteristics in 14 cases of Bizarre leiomyoma were retrospectively analyzed. Results： The oncocyte of Bizarre leiomyoma of uterus was atypical with obvious nucleolus and crude Chromatin. The tumor was nonmalignant. Conolusion： Uterus bizarre leiomyoma belongs to benign tumors, although its shape is bizarre. Its differentiation with leiomyosarcoma and STUMP in Pathological diagnosis depends on HE slice observation.
