Technology of Rock Bolt Foundation Construction

岩石锚杆基础是以细石混凝土和锚杆灌注于钻凿成型的岩孔内的锚杆基础。文章结合华北地区输电线路岩石锚杆基础试验研究项目及500kV浑霸线、上承线的施工应用,阐述了在强风化和中风化状态下花岗岩、片麻岩和灰岩中的岩石锚杆基础施工工艺,并提出了在施工过程中应注意的事项,其中锚杆钻孔的钻凿是最关键的工序。

Rock bolt foundation is a type of bolt foundation that fine aggregate concrete and bolt are poured into the rock hole. Based on the experiment study project of rock bolt foundation in North China and its application in Hun-BaLine and Shang-Chen Line construction, this paper discusses technique of rock bolt foundation construction in strong and medium weathered rocks, such as granite, gneiss and limestone. The authors also address some issues that should not be ignored during the construction. Among all the issues, the hole drilling is the most important procedure.
