电力产业是国民经济的基础性支柱产业,对国民经济的影响涉及到方方面面,电力发展战略是国家可持续发展战略的重要组成部分。在对电力需求与电力产业的现状进行分析,对电力产业各环节的发展战略与创新体系以及电力产业链的整体规划优化进行研究的基础上,提出电力产业具有长远性和前瞻性的战略规划和创新体系,并对提高未来电力负荷预测的准确性提出合理化的建议。

Electric power industry is one of the mainstays of our nation＇s economy, and its development strategy is the vital part of our nation＇s continuable developing strategy. This paper analyzes the current status of electric power industry and the demand on electricity, and investigates the development strategy and innovation system of the industry and the planning optimization of the industry chain. The authors brought far-reaching and forward thinking strategic planning and innovation system, and proposed rational suggestions on improving accuracy of future electric power loading.
