导正教师认同:教师教育的重要使命 被引量:1

摘要 目前,国内对“教师认同”问题研究较少。本文首先介绍了教师认同的概念与特征,然后论述教师认同对于教师的教学和发展所具有的意义,接着对中小学教师中普遍存在的五种不合理的教师认同进行逐一分析,最后说明通过教师教育来导正教师认同可采取的策略。
