摘要
经电镜扫描寡齿新银鱼的第Ⅳ时相、第Ⅴ时相卵母细胞和受精卵的卵细胞粘丝,结果表明,卵细胞表面具有从受精孔发生的12根左右粘丝,此粘丝于受精孔处微弱弯曲,经侧部渐向受精孔相对处呈现很强扭曲或互相缠绕。卵细胞粘丝不仅出现在受精卵和第Ⅴ时相卵母细胞表面。
The structure of viscid threads of phase Ⅳ and Ⅴ egg cells and fertilized eggs from Neosalanx oligodontis was studied under scanning electronic microscopy. Twelve viscid threads, originated from the fertilization pore, were observed on the egg cell surface. These threads bent slightly at the fertilization pore and then twisted each other through the lateral plane to area opposite to the fertilization pore. The viscid threads appeared not only on the exterior of fertilized eggs but also on the surface of the folliculor membrane of plase Ⅳ egg cells.
