“量体裁衣”式健康指导，缩短社区护士与居民的距离

Healthy Education According to the Actual Circumstance to Shorten the Distance Between the Nurses and the Residences

目的采用“量体栽衣”式的个性化健康指导，满足不同社区居民的健康需要。方法评估社区居民的健康状况，个性特点、家庭结构．家庭功能、健康知识水平以及健康需要，采取灵活机动的“量体裁衣”式健康指导，使用调查问卷评价居民对健康指导的受益程度和社区护士的满意度。结果社区居民对健康指导的受益程度由45％提高到97％（P〈0．01），对社区护士的满意度由78％提高到96％（P〈0．01），社区护士学习的积极性提高。结论缩短了社区护士与居民的距离，提高了护理质量，体现了社区卫生服务连续、综合、可及的特点。

Objective To educate healthily according to the actual circumstances in order to meetsthe needs of different residents in community. Methods To evaluate the healthy condition of community residences, the characteristic of personality, the structure of family, the function of family, the level of healthy knowledge and healthy needs with the healthy education according to the actual circumstances, At the same, to evaluate if the residences in community benefit and if the nurses are satisfied, Results The percent of the residents who benefited increased from 45% to 97%（P〈 0.01）. The percent of the nurse who were satisfied rose from 78% to 96%（P〈 0.01 ）, the study positivity of community nurses were improved. Conclusion The healthy education according to the actual circumstance shortened the distance between the nurses and residences in community and improved the quality of nursing, Furthermore, it embodied the characteristic of community health service： continuum, comprehension and accessihility.
