紫杉醇联合顺铂同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床分析

The Clinical Research on Concurrent Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy by Paclitaxel plus Cisplatin in Advanced Cervical Cancer

目的探讨同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的疗效及毒副反应。方法2001年6月-2005年12月对黑龙江省林业第二医院同步放化疗组43例中晚期宫颈癌病人用紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗，同时行根治性放疗；单纯放疗组45例行根治性放疗。结果同步放化疗组近期有效率93％，单纯放疗组77．％。两组比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05），毒副反应相近。结论同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌可提高近期疗效，不影响放疗进程，毒副反应无明显增加。

Objective To observe the curative effects and side effects of concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in advanced cervical cancer. Methods Is the study group （concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy ）,43 pationts who had advanced cervical cancer were treated with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy by paclitaxel plus cisplatin in the Second Forestry. Hospital of Hei longjiang Province from 2001.6 to 2005.12. At the same time,45 patients who had advanced cervical cancer were treated with radiotherapy alone as the control group （ radiotherapy alone ）.Results Effective rate was 93.0% in the former and 77.0% in the latter. There was significant difference in effective rate between the two groups （P〈 0.05）, no significant difference in side effect. Conclusion Concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in advanced cervical cancer can improve the curative effect. The side effect is tolerable, and this method doesn＇t affect radiotherapy.
