摘要 在实验室中,使毛及毛/涤混纺织物获得不同程度磨损以模拟实际穿着旧损。在KES-F仪及Instron强力仪上测定低应力下经不同磨损的织物的机械性质,并用扫描电镜分析织物表面损伤情况。随着磨损增加,织物的拉伸、剪切、弯曲变形恢复能力降低,抗屈曲能力下降,摩擦系数增高,表面粗糙度下降后又上升。汽蒸压烫对低应力下机械性质有很大影响,对毛织物影响大于毛/涤混纺织物。 The mechanical properties of a set of pure wool and wool/polyester blended twill fabricsamples in low stress, which were abraded at the different abrasion cycles on a testing mac-hine in the laboxatary were measured using KES-F system and Instron tensile machine. Thesurface abrasion of samples was analysed by means of photographs which were taken under ascanning electronic microscope. There is very large influence of abrasion on mechanicalproperties of samples. With the abrasion cycle increasing, the recovery ability will desearsesamples in tensile, shear and bending deformation. Meanwhile, its anti-buckling ability willlower, the friction coefficient enchance. And the geometric roughness reduce during the fristperiod of abrasion and then it rise during the further abrasion. There were large improvementin mechanical properties of the samples, which are treated by Holfman Stream Press, espe-cially in tensile and anti-buckling properties. The influence of abrasion on mechanicalproperties of pure wool fabric are larger than that of blended fabric.
