摘要 利用改性淀粉的优越性能,开发出了一种适用于中、低温油藏的改性淀粉强凝胶堵水调剖剂。研究了该堵水调剖剂各组分浓度对成胶时间与凝胶强度的影响,考查了pH值、温度、水质等作用对堵水调剖剂性能的影响,并采用填砂管模拟实验方法评价了该堵水调剖剂的作用效果。结果表明,该堵水调剖剂强度高,耐盐、耐冲刷,堵剂成胶时间可调,适于中、低温油藏的深部调堵,并且施工成本较低。目前此体系已在吉林油田推广使用,取得了良好的增油效果。 Appling advantageous property of modified starch, the strong gels water plugging and profile modification agent for medium - low temperature reservoirs is developed. Effect of every compositional concentration on gelation time and gel intensity is studied, and effect of pH value, temperature and water quality on property of water plugging agent is also investigated. With simulation method of sand filling tubes, effect of water plugging agent is determined. Result shows that, this agent has high intensity and resistant to salinity and erosion, gelation time can be regulated, and it is suitable for depth profile modification of medium - low temperature reservoirs. This agent has low operation cost, and has been widely used in Jilin Oilfield with an excellent performance.
