摘要
针对杏树岗油田采出污泥无害化处理和调剖实际需求,笔者通过室内实验方法,对油田采出污泥组成和结构特征进行了检测,对污泥调剖机理进行了分析,提出了适合污泥调剖的选井选层方法和施工工艺,并开展了污泥调剖矿场试验。结果表明,将污泥回注油藏,可以改善注入井吸液剖面,扩大后续注入液波及体积,井组油井增油效果十分明显,为油田采出污泥无害化处理提供了一条简捷和有效途径。
Aiming at produced sludge innocuitize treatment and actual profile modification requirements in Xingshugang Oilfield, through lab method, component and structural features of oilfield' s produced sludge are tested and profile modification mechanism of sludge is analyzed. Well and layer selecting method adopting sludge profile modification and operation technique are provided, developing sludge profile modification field test. The results show that, sludge recycled to reservoir can improve fluid entry profile for injection water well and expand sweep volume of subsequent injection fluid, which can lead oil wells of well array to increase oil obviously. It provides a simple and effective way for oilfield produced sludge's innocuity treatment.
