Economic Operation Analysis in Natural Gas Transportation Pipelines

对影响天然气管道建设经济性的相关因素和手段进行了探讨,对压气站压缩机组经济运行的相关指标进行了分析,并以靖西线为例说明保障天然气管道经济运行的方法。认为从设计阶段就要考虑选用合理的管径、压力和工艺参数,同时在输气过程中要对输气管道的工艺运行模式和压缩机运行状况进行不断优化,才能达到节能降耗、提高管道输送效率以及延长管道使用寿命的效果。

The related factors and means that influence the construction cost of natural gas pipelines are researched,the factors related to economical operation of compressor station are analyzed,and take the Jingxi gas pipeline as an example to show the method that can guarantee the natural gas pipeline economical operation.This paper considers that the reasonable caliber?pressure?and other process parameters should be optimized on the design stage,and the operation process should be optimized during the pipeline operating,so the result of energy-saving and consumption-cutting of pipeline can be achieved and the transport efficiency of pipeline can be increased as well as the service life of pipeline can be extended.
