Discrimination of Influence Factors on Anticorrosive Protection of Gas Pipelines

天然气输送管道尤其是长输管道的防腐保护效果,直接关系到天然气的安全可靠输送和管道使用寿命。因此,加强对天然气输送管道的防腐保护至关重要。文章介绍了影响天然气输送管道的管内涂层和管外表面防腐保护,以及强制电流阴极保护的相关因素,提出了为确保防腐保护达到应有的效果,在设计、施工、运行中应注意的问题。认为长输管道的防腐保护要从所涉及的主客观因素出发进行综合考虑,既要提高防腐技术水平,还要健全制度、严格管理。

The preservation and protection effect of natural gas long-distance pipeline relates to its safety and the service life of,so it is important for natural gas pipeline to enhance anti-corrosion treatment.This paper introduces the factors that influence effects of internal coating and external coating as well as cathode protection,and bring forwards the methods that can guarantee the effect of preservation and protection of pipeline,as well as considers that the subjective and objective factors about pipeline preservation and protection should be comprehensive considered,not only the preservation technique should be increased but also the system should be right and management should be strict.
