春晓气田陆上终端天然气轻烃回收工艺介绍

Introduction on Light Hydrocarbon Recovery Process in Onshore Terminal of the Chunxiao Gas Field

随着我国东海春晓气田的开发,建于宁波市的陆上终端已于2005年11月投产。该陆上终端是目前国内最大的气体处理厂,主要处理海上气田管输来的经过三甘醇初步脱水的天然气。设计能力为日处理天然气760×104m3,年产丙烷13.26×104t,丁烷10.28×104t,戊烷3.75×104t,稳定轻烃2.90×104t。其生产装置包括段塞流捕集器及凝析油稳定、分子筛干燥脱水、凝液深冷分离、凝液分馏、凝液储运等设施;其凝液分离工艺采用节流阀和膨胀机制冷相配合的工艺技术,结合冷残余气循环工艺、液体过冷工艺和直接换热工艺,充分利用冷量,C3收率最高可达98%。文章介绍了春晓终端设计所采用的先进深冷处理工艺技术,并就如何合理应用深冷工艺技术,提高产品收率,降低能耗,减少投资进行了分析和探讨,提出了工艺设计的基本思路和原则。

With the exploitation of Chunxiao gas field in China,the natural gas process plant set up in Ningbo city had been putted into production in November of 2005,it is the biggest gas process plant in China.This paper introduces the advanced cryogenics process technology that Chunxiao process plant is using,analyzes and discusses how to reasonable use the cryogenics process technology to increase the output and decrease energy consumption as well as cut down investment,and bring forwards basic thought and principle about process design.
