由于天然气具有易燃易爆的特性,因此必须按照国家标准《重大危险源辨识》(GB18218-2000)中规定的危险物质及临界量确定标准和方法,对天然气处理、加工、储存、运输设施和场所是否属于重大危险源进行辨识。文章介绍了重大危险源辨识的计算方法,以及对陕西靖边至西安天然气长输管线、场站和跨越系统存量进行计算的结果。对其存量超过临界量的系统,提出了应制定专门的监控方案和事故应急救援预案的建议。
