金钱草总黄酮提取物的抗血栓作用研究

Study on the Antithrombotic Effect of Total Flavone Extract of Lysimachia

目的:观察金钱草总黄酮提取物对大鼠体内血栓形成和血小板凝聚率的影响。方法:制造大鼠体内静脉血栓形成模型,观察血栓湿重;采用ADP诱导的大鼠血小板凝聚,测定血小板在不同时间的聚集率以及最大聚集率。结果:金钱草总黄酮提取物30、20mg/kg组均不同程度地抑制大鼠体内静脉血栓的形成,减轻血栓湿重和干重;抑制由ADP诱导的大鼠血小板不同时间点的聚集率和最大聚集率。结论:金钱草总黄酮提取物可明显对抗血栓的形成,并且有明显地降低血小板聚集率的作用。

Objective： To study the effects of total flavone of lysimachia on platelet aggregation and experimental thrombosis. Methods： Inhibition rates of platelet aggregation for TFL in vitro were determined by the model of platelet aggregation induced by coil, inhibition rates of experimental thrombosis for TFL were measured by the model of A - V thrombosis pass-by. Results： TFL 30,20mg/kg had magnificent effect on inhibition of platelet aggregation and decreased the wet weight of thromboisis. Conclusion： TFL had magnificent effect on platelet aggregation and thrombosis.
