镉对大鼠肾脏损害的组织学及组织化学观察 被引量:1

摘要 用组织学及组织化学方法观察大鼠长期饮用含镉水(含镉300mg/L,饮6个月)对肾脏的毒性作用。结果:与正常组大鼠比较,饮含镉水组大鼠肾近曲小管的琥珀酸脱氢酶、三磷酸腺苷酶的活性及糖原明显降低,乳酸脱氢酶、酸性磷酸酶活性明显增强。提示长期饮用含镉水对肾小管的结构和功能有明显的损害。 The experiment was-carried out on 28 rats.14 of them were classified as the normal group and the other 14, the experimental group which were fed with cadmium-bearing water. The cadmium content of water is 300 mg/L, After 6 months, the reactions of the proximal convoluted tubules in the kidney were observed by methods of histology and histochemistry. The results showed that the activity of succinate dehydrogenase(SDH) and adenosine triphosphatase(ATPase)and the amount of glycogen(reaction,of PAS)were decreased remarkably,while the activity of the lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and acid phosphatase(ACP)were increased considerably.This study indicates that remarkable harm on structure and function of proximal convoluted tubules in the kidney will take place when the cadmiun-bearing water is used for drinking for a long time.
