摘要
斜拉桥虽有跨越能力大、结构经济合理、外型轻巧美观、可无支架施工等优点,但在斜拉索的安装施工中存在着对索力控制精度高、施工质量对斜拉索的拉索腐蚀退化和振动疲劳衰减的影响大等多方面的挑战。本文着重介绍VSL SSI 2000斜拉索体系在施工中的索力控制措施以及对影响斜拉索结构耐久性两大因素的质量保证措施。
Cable-stayed bridge has many advantages, such as wide span, economic structure, beautiful modeling, and no formwork construction. However it also has many challenges, including high control accuracy of cable force during the installation of cable-stay system, and great influence of construction quality on cable corrosion and vibration fatigue. The author introduces the construction control measures for cable of VSL SSI 2000 cable-stay system, and presents the quality control measures which affect the durability of cablestay system.
