斑节对虾一种新球形病毒的研究

Studies of a new spherical viruses from Penaeus monodon

应用电镜超薄切片技术，发现斑节对虾肝胰腺上皮、肠上皮和淋巴样细胞质中一种新的球形形病毒，称之为斑节对虾球形病毒（MSV）。病毒粒子为球形，直径28～35nm，核衣壳直径21～28nm，囊膜光滑无纤突，包涵体多数为球形，体积差异颇大，外有单位膜色被。MSV与MBV混合感染，造成严重病理变化。

With improved technique of ultrathin section of the transmission electron microscope,we observed large amounts of spherical viruses and their occlusion bodies in the cell plasm of epithelia cells of the hepatopancrea and midgut, lymphoidal cells. These virion are called Penaha monodon spherovirus (MSV). They composed of envelop and nucleocapsid. The virion are 28~35nm in diameter. The nucleocapsid with a diameter of 2l ~ 28nm was obtained.There is no any projections on the surface of the envelop. MSV occlusion bodies in differeat sizes are spherical. There are unit membrane enveloped. MSV and MBV mixed infection show serious ultropathologic changes.
