摘要
介绍了以苯酐、邻二甲苯为原料及其它化合物为原料制备单氯代苯酐的方法,从原料的获得难易程度、腐蚀性大小、产品收率、单氯代苯酐选择性高低、工艺复杂程度等方面比较了各种制备单氯代苯酐方法的优缺点,指出以一氯代邻二甲苯为原料的固定床气相催化氧化法是目前工业生产单氯代苯酐最适宜的方法。
This paper presented survey of different synthetic methods of monochloprophthalic anhydride with phthalic anhydride ,o - xylene and other compound as feed ,the merits of the easy degree of obtaining raw material ,corrosion , rate of product collecting, the selectivity, the easy degree of reaction etc. were anylyzed. Pointing out,the o- xylene as feed, catalytic oxidation in the gas phase is the best methods, in preparation of monochloprophthalic anhydride.
