摘要
研究了污泥停留时间对剩余污泥产量的影响。结果表明:污泥停留时间由7d增至14d时剩余污泥产量下降36.13%,而污泥停留时间由7d增至21d时剩余污泥产量下降78.04%。污泥停留时间的延长对COD cr的去除能力没有明显的影响,但使出水NH3-N浓度和TP浓度均升高,通过调整碳氮磷源的比例可以消除这种负面影响,SRT为14d的工艺BOD5∶N∶P的最佳比例为100∶4.4∶0.96,SRT为21d的工艺BOD5∶N∶P的最佳比例为100∶4.0∶0.9,SRT的延长使污泥沉降性能稍变差。
The effect of sludge residence time to residual leftover sludge output was studied. The results showed that when sludge residence time was from 7days to 14days the leftover sludge output degraded 36.13%, and to 21 days it degraded 78.04%. Expanding sludge residence time didn't remove CODcr obviously, but made high NH3 - N and TP concentration which could be adjusted. The optimum proportioning of BODs/N/P is 100: 4.4:0.96 when SRT was 14 days and 100: 4.0:0.9 when SRT was 21days. The sludge settleability degraded because of the expanding of SRT.
