摘要
本文对替米沙坦的合成工艺进行了优化研究,确定了以2-正丙基-4-甲基-6-(1-甲基-苯并咪唑-2-基)-苯并咪唑为起始原料,经缩合、水解两步反应即合成了替米沙坦,总收率为68%。该方法提高了反应收率,简化了反应操作,降低了成本,便于工业化生产。
The paper optimized the technical process of the synthesis of telmisartan. Telmisartan was synthesized from 2 - n - propyl - 4 - methyl - 6 - ( 1 - methyl - benzimidazole - 2 - yl ) - Benzimid - azole via 2 - step process of condensation and hydrolysis, The total yield of preparing telmisartan was 68%. The method increases yield, simplifies reacting operation, convenient for industrialization.
