摘要
由于建筑改变了使用功能要求,某工程裙房顶层的一根框架柱需要拆除。在抽柱改造中应用了预应力钢筋混凝土桁架加固体系。采用主动受力方式,有效地解决了改造加固过程中加固体系应力滞后和结构构件二次受力和二次变形等问题。经过两年多的使用验证,改造加固效果良好。
Because of building functional requirment, one column on the top floor is needed to be demolited. Prestressed concrete truss strengthening system was used in concrete beams beside demoliting column. The prestressed concrete structural element force method is used in the strengthening system. According to active force method, the problem of stress lag behind and the structural element change shape second time are solved. After two years application, reconstructed reinforcing effect has been proved very well.
