长期设备振动对已建钢结构厂房承载力影响的分析 被引量:6

摘要 产生振动的生产设备安放于钢结构厂房时,需考虑厂房在长期振动下的安全性。利用脉动法对2个已建钢结构厂房的动力特性、设备运行时的振动特性以及结构的动力反应进行了测试,并应用等效静力的方法将设备的振动效应近似等效为作用于结构的静力荷载,按照相关规范的规定对结构进行承载力复核计算,评价结构的安全性。结果表明,该方法切实可行,且经济方便。 The equipments placed on the floor or ground of the steel structural factory building produce vibration loads and have bad influence on the safety of the building, especially for those designed with no vibration consideration. Therefore, the safety assessment and analysis of steel structure factory under long-time vibration loads are necessary. The pulsating method is employed in the testing of the dynamic characteristic, the vibration performance of operating equipment and the dynamic response of two existed steel structure. The vibration is approximated to the static loads applied on the structure using equivalent static method. At last, the bearing capacity is rechecked according to the related codes in order to evaluate the safety of the structure. The result shows that the represented method has great applicability and economical efficiency.
