摘要
建立了充电过程中串联超级电容器电压均衡模块充电损耗的数学模型,提出了一种低损耗的超级电容器开关电阻式电压均衡电路的设计方法。在1000W的光伏发电用超级电容器储能系统中,为超级电容器安装了采用这种方法设计的电压均衡模块,仿真和系统实验结果表明这种设计方法具有较高的实用价值。
Mathematical model of the losses of supercapacitor voltage device during supercapacitor charging is established, and a low loss parameter design method about a supercapacitor voltage balancing technology is proposed, which is called "switch-resistance". In 1000W photovohaic generation system, the supercapacitor energy storage bank is equipped with voltage balancing device, which is designed by this method. Simulation and experimental results show that this method has a high practical value.
