电力机车智能无源接地检测装置的改进设计

摘要 在对原有电力机车智能无源接地检测装置原理进行分析的基础上,对电压测量电路和装置核心等硬件电路进行了改进设计,以减小体积、提高低压测量精度。并设计了上位机监控调试软件,采用软件方法校准测量回路,简化装置的调试过程;同时可以实时记录现场大量运行数据并形成数据库,便于装置的拓展应用。 Based on the analysis of the original intelligent passive grounding fault diagnosis device, It's put forward that some measurements to optimize the design of voltage-sampling circuits and the selection of the microcontroUer. The experimental results showed that the measurement accuracy on low voltage parameters could be improved and the space could be saved. Furthermore, the surveillance software running on portable computer is designed to calibrate the voltage-sampling circuit by software, for sake of debugging the device conveniently. It also could real-time record large amounts of running data to form database, availing for extensive use of the device
