“十一五”期间中国煤炭产业安全分析与定量估算

STUDY ON THE COAL INDUSTRIAL SECURITY OF CHINA DURING THE ELEVENTH FIVE-YEAR PLAN PERIOD

论文从经济安全的角度诠释了煤炭产业安全,在此基础上构建了煤炭产业安全指标体系和评价模型,并对“十一五”期间我国煤炭产业安全状况进行了估算。结果表明,在此期间我国煤炭产业处于基本安全状态,产业竞争力是影响煤炭产业安全的关键因素。

Based on explaining the content of coal industrial security from the perspective of economic security, the article constructs an indictor system and evaluation model for evaluating the coal industrial security and evaluates the coal industrial security in China during the eleventh five-year Plan period （2006-2010）. The evaluation results indicates that during this time Chinese coal industry is secure basically and the industrial competition is the key factor that effects the coal industrial security.
