摘要
提出了一种新型广域后备保护系统的设计,该系统从整个电网的角度基于多点测量信息对电力系统的故障进行分析,有效解决了常规后备保护出现的级联跳闸等技术难题,增强了电力系统安全运行的可靠性。文中讲述了该广域后备保护系统的组成、功能,并比较了该广域后备保护系统与传统后备保护相比的优点。
The designation of a new type of wide area backup protection system is presented. Based on many measurement points, the system analyzes the power system faults, from the whole power network. So the conventional problems such ascascade trip are solved. The reliability of power system is enhanced. This article not only presents the construction and the functions of the wide area backup protection, but also does the merits of the wide area backup protection, construction to the conventional backup protection.
