简述张力控制系统的基本原理,自动控制算法中进行微张力控制的基础,控制逻辑分析、参数调整的注意事项及意义。介绍在轧制过程中利用软件自动检测、分析轧机转矩变化及计算轧机间张力,适时修正以实现轧机间张力控制最佳化。
The basic principle of tension control system, the base of MTC in automatic control algorithms, the analysis of control logic and parameter adjust, some attention points, and significance of the application are briefly introducd. M TC is based on automatic detecting and analyzing the variation of torque of the mills, calculating the tension between mills and modifying the relation of casead espeed of mills in time. So the tension can be controlled in optimized state.
