摘要
目的探讨颅脑术后颅内感染的治疗方法,以提高疗效。方法回顾性总结分析我院近期颅脑术后颅内感染的28例患者,均在全身应用抗生素的基础上采用腰穿脑脊液持续引流进行治疗。结果28例颅内感染病人中发生神经根刺激症状6例,引流管不通畅2例,低颅内压1例,颅内感染加重1例,均很快得到控制并成功治愈,无一例因感染死亡。结论腰穿脑脊液持续引流显著降低了脑脊液内细菌浓度,并降低颅压,还可以动态观察脑脊液外观,随时取脑脊液进行检查,指导临床治疗,促进脑脊液漏愈合,预防脑积水形成,是治疗颅内感染的一种安全、简便易行、迅速有效的方法。
Objective To discuss the treatment method of intracranial infection after operation. Methods 28 patients of intracranial infection after operation in our department were analyzed retrospectively, cured by drainage cerebrospinal fluid based on application of full dose antibiotic. Results 28 cases were cured, no case died of infection. Conclusion Continual drainage is a safe, rapid and effective treatment method for intracranial infection;it can apparently alleviate meningeal stimulating alleviate infect symptoms with good effects.
