医院供应室中某些不良因素的调查及防护

Enviroment Unsafe Factors′ Analysis and Prevention in Sterilization Supply Department

目的分析医院供应室工作环境中存在的相关不良因素,探讨供应室工作人员的防护措施。方法对6所医院供应室工作人员120名进行问卷调查。结果长期高温环境、噪音刺激等均是供应室工作人员的不良因素。工作中又以利器损伤最为直接、次数最多,其次为高温烫伤、消毒剂、灭菌剂损伤。结论工作人员在各项操作中应严格执行操作规程,加强自身防护、领导重视改善工作环境。

Objective To analyse unsafe faetors＇and preventive procedures for staff in sterilization supply department. Methods 120 workers were collected randomly in sterilization supply department from 6 hospitals by questionnaire. Results The unsafe factors in sterilization supply department include high temperature and noises efc. During working, sharpening injury is the most frequency and directly incidents, and following immediately by high temperature scalding, disinfector and eradicator cauterizing. Condusion Staff should strictly perform basic operating routines and strengthen on prevention themselves during working. Leader of department should pay more attention to improving working conditions.
